Processing, Shipping & Returning Orders

Foehn Ltd aims to ship all items within the delivery time chosen in the order but the order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable. We are not able to supply dates when our suppliers may get an item in stock.

Funds will be debited from you PayPal account before items are shipped. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, you may cancel the order at this stage if you wish to do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment customers have made in respect of that order.

Shipments to customers delivery address may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the customers country. Any such additional charges to clear customs must be borne by the customer. Customers should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country so we advise that customers contact their local customs office for further information. Note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Refunds are only available on items that are returned within 7 (seven) days and are still in their original package and in a brand new condition although restocking fees may apply.
